Abstract:

This study focuses on three major causes of child morbidity: diarrhea, fever, and respiratory infections. Information is presented on the prevalence and treatment of these illnesses among children under five in 34 Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) that were carried out between 1990 and 1995.
