Abstract: The article offers information on the National Family Health Survey-3(NFHS) which analyzes the concordance and discordance among couples reliability or wife's reporting of education of the husband. It was found in the survey that only in 77 percent of the cases in India, both the wife and the husband reported same about the education of the husband.
