Abstract:

Overall, few studies on teenage pregnancy in Tanzania have used a nationally representative sample, and even fewer have conducted comprehensive analyses of the risk and protective factors for teenage pregnancy. Consequently, there is limited evidence to inform public health programs that seek to reduce teenage pregnancy.
